Well I'm not a big "biscuits and gravy" fan but I do love a good chicken fried steak!

Just back from our annual 1300 mile trip to the Laughlin River Run where I found a wonderful breakfast that combined your biscuits and gravy with my chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak was perched atop the biscuits and the whole thing was drenched in gravy.

Yummy!!!

So, if the home fries were just sitting there calling out, "JIM! JIM!", then what about guys named Harry or Tom or Fred? Did they not get any?

I'm confused.
